Hey everyone! We here at the ETBA are excited to announce the start of our Beginner Jam! Once a month we will hold a one hour jam for those just starting out. On hand will be experienced jammers and chord charts for some common bluegrass songs. So grab that guitar from the corner and join us! As always jams are open to the public and free to attend. We only ask that you bring acoustic instruments only. Come out Sunday Feb. 10th for our first Slow Jam! Feel free to stay after and see what a real jam will be like!
Welcome to the East Tennessee Bluegrass Association! We are excited you want to be a part of bringing bluegrass to the masses! My name is Evie and I currently serve as your president for the association. I will start this off with a little background on why we started this crazy idea. Most of the folks involved at the beginning stages came from areas outside of East TN and were are part of great associations where we came from. We felt it was very important to have a community available for those who desired to play music with others. This page will also play host to musical history posts once a month from our area. We are excited to meet and play music with you!! Please come join us at a jam soon!
